A 90-acre lifestyle and retail center located in Columbus, Ohio, founded in the late 1990’s by CEO of Lbrands. It was originally developed to provide lifestyle amenities not already available in Columbus’ city center. Lbrands partnered with Steiner Associates and the folks at Georgetown Company. Together they tasked Rockwell Group with reimagining the campus for a more contemporary audience. The Rockwell team conducted a 2-year long retail and consumer study, master plan, concept development, and schematic design.
