An expansive private event venue located on Manhattan’s West Side overlooking the Hudson River. Designed to accommodate a wide range of programs—from galas and weddings to brand activations and multi-day conferences. The Glasshouse offers panoramic views, over 75,000 square feet of flexible event space, and integrated state-of-the-art technology. Early design concepts explored dual guest arrivals: a main entrance on 12th Avenue for large-scale, high-profile events, and an alternate entrance off 49th Street designed to offer a more curated, underground experience. The initial design introduced movable partitions, dynamic lighting infrastructure, and programmable climate zones—allowing clients to stage multiple events simultaneously or divide a single event into distinct experiential zones.
